Fabulous location and beautiful residence.

Pros: Fabulous location and beautiful residence. Even with only one bathroom, it was fine with 4 adults as there are 2 toilets. Pinky the house keeper was very friendly.

Cons: Only very small issues such as providing extra bin liners, another bath mat and as there is no dryer, providing some pegs to use on the clothes line.

Pros: Staff very helpful and welcoming. Close to Franschhoek centre, attractions and restaurants. Power backup was a big benefit as the nearby veld fires had taken out the power to the Franschhoek area.

Perfect location and the ideal cottage for a short or longer stay

Pros: Location was perfect for wine tasting. Less than a minute to walk to the tram terminal. Close to the local shops.

Pleasurable and memorable stay!

Pros: Pinkie was an absolute joy as we were welcomed. Made us feel secure and that we made the right choice in choosing Laurel Cottage. It is well located 300m away from the tram or bus pick up as well as 2 minute walk to pick n pay.

Cons: Booking.com said it was fully booked on the web, but we were the only couple on the premises. We would have loved our friends to stay with us!
