Rouana Guest Farm

We really enjoyed our stay at Rouana! Our room was clean and had everything we needed, we will defintiely be back!

Pros: The accommodation was great value for money - the rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Comfortable and peaceful stay

Pros: We stayed for a friends wedding at a wine farm down the road and it was an excellent spot. Lovely staff, spacious rooms and a bonus of a pool for the very hot feb weather in the wine-lands! The breakfast was delicious and well-priced. Recommend having a rental car.

Cons: Everything was great, however it would be nice to be able to open the gates without walking down to the gate.

Pros: It's a very stunning location and the staff were eager to be helpful. We were supposed to stay for breakfast as well, but had to change our plans last minute in the middle of the night. The owner was very accommodating of this last minute change.

Cons: Nothing. The place was great.

Pros: They were willing to let us check in early - even though we just pitched up. The staff was very friendly and helpful in sorting out minor issues. There was bottled water in the fridge along with the normal milk and coffee - nice extra touch. The cutest little x-mas bags with chocolates just rounded it off for the festive season.

Cons: Not a negative comment: There was no hot water on day one, but it was sorted out efficiently as they opened up another room for us and other guests to go have a shower.

Pros: Peaceful area, very secure and friendly staff especially Brunnet always smiling ,I love service that's my passion one of the reasons l visited the property to see how will l be treated am super happy thumbs up to the whole team from checking in until l left the property even the gardener was so helpful to open the gate for us.10/10

Pros: During our 2-day-visit we especially enjoied the beautiful garden - nearly a botanic garden.
