Beautiful place with outstanding hospitality

Pros: Ashbourne felt like a home! The ladies running it are so welcoming, nice and patient. Our room was beautiful and very clean. Unfortunately I did a mistake while booking and they thought I'd come with a baby. My son is 8 yrs though. The staff was very kind to change to room setup quickly and they didn't even charge a surcharge for the bigger child. Overall, this property is very generous; beside their kindness about my child, they offer the items in the minibar and as we've been there on Valentine's, we had a free bottle of wine and roses in the room. The breakfast was very good too, the location excellent and quiet in a nice neighbourhood. Thank you so much Cindy & team!

Cons: The shower didn't have any warm water, luckily we didn't have to wash our hair while there. ;-)

Perfection! Wish we had longer than 1 night.

Pros: Beautiful property. Our room was modern, spacious and extremely comfortable. We could relax at the pool or at our patio. Breakfast was served outside, in the shade on the property terrace and was just delicious. The location was a 5 minute walk to Franschoek main drag.

Pros: Excellent location, close to restaurants but very quiet and peaceful. The staff were very attentive and welcoming.

Wonderful boutique guest house

Pros: Wonderful stay and highly recommended. The most enjoyable part of our stay was the breakfast experience: freshly prepared and served in our private garden right in front of the room — a real treat and a beautiful way to start the day. Everything was made to order and of excellent quality. The guest house is charming, peaceful, and very well maintained, offering a warm and relaxing atmosphere. A truly delightful experience that we would happily repeat.
