Hidden value for money Gem

Pros: Great little spot, close to town. Easy to walk. Very comfortable space. We didnt expect a full apartment, so its much more spacious than a hotel room.

Cons: There was a bit of road noise, but given location, its to be expected. really cant fault the place. Great value for money.

Very relaxing

Pros: A beautiful, traditional property. Very comfortable and well equipped, every detail had been thought of. Also very central location. Only had one night there but wished we could have stayed longer.

Comfortable, spacious and within easy walking distance to town. Friendly & welcoming staff.

Pros: Comfortable, spacious with all you need. Conveniently located for walking to all the Franschhoek Literary Festival venues and events. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the safe off-street parking

Cons: When I booked, I hadn't realised that the property was next to a restaurant, so the music at night was quite loud, but fortunately it didn't go on too late. I also didn't know how the 3 suites were configured. I was in the lower suite, separate from the main house and was closest to the main road and traffic noise. If I booked again, I would probably prefer to stay in one of the main house suites.
