Amazing hotel with very friendly staff and fab location

Pros: Very welcoming staff, especially Carlos. Lovely quiet location but easily accessible to main high street. Lovely big room.

Cons: Room was quite dark, but fine with lights on, I just like having natural light in the room.

Would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Excellent location within a 5 min walk of the Main Street. Justin and his team were superb, extremely attentive and accommodating including suggesting and then booking local restaurants for us The property is in easy walking distance of the wine tram terminal and provides a varied and comprehensive range of breakfast options.

A hidden gem of a boutique

Pros: The location to the town, market and terminal was ideal. The staff were incredible - super helpful, knowledgeable about local wines and lines, and genuinely so friendly! A real family feel. Our room was spectacular - we stayed in the garden room which was a zen sun trap, and would strongly recommend if you’re planning on having some downtime between touring the farms. A quiet, well-kept and charming boutique which is great value for money. I’d come back again in a heartbeat.

Cons: Only a minor niggle - cooked breakfast took a little longer than we expected with a couple of mix ups, however it was really delicious when it came! Would allow time if you opt for it.

Absolutely brilliant, Warm, welcoming, felt like home and nothing seems to be too big of a ask.

Pros: Breakfast was far beyond expectations. Because it is included in the price, we didn't expect too much. It was fantastic. We had to leave an hour earlier than breakfast started, and at no stage was it a problem for the night staff to prepare an early breakfast, every bit as tasty as the day before. Thx

Subtle luxury and comfort

Pros: Cost, quiet but near the main road. Breakfast was generous with both hot and continental dishes. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Nice hot tub for a late afternoon dip post wine trams. Everyone seems very eager to please.

Cons: Not all rooms have baths. Wished we had one in our room.

Lovely location, views and rooms! Exceptional!

Pros: From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such a warm welcome from Jamie-Lee. She showed us around and provided all the necessary information. The rooms were large, extremely comfortable, and set to a cozy temperature, perfect for winter. We had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was attentive. We enjoyed delightful snacks paired perfectly with our drinks from the bar. Breakfast was delicious, with a wonderful variety that left us completely satisfied. Highly recommend for a memorable visit!
