Fulfilled all our needs above expectations and would happily rebook.

Pros: Great location, lots of thoughtful details - like aircon running before we arrived, coffee machine with plenty of pods, milk and water in fridge etc. cannot find fault.

Cons: Not much - but if I must, loose bathroom tap!

Love Franshhoek. Best restaurants in SA

Pros: great being above a coffee shop and having access to all the restaurants right there. Spatious room and nice not having a landlord hanging around and checking in constantly.

Cons: Got the feeling we moved in directly after another lot moved out...cleanliness a little questionable.

Would stay again

Pros: Excellent location just above a little square on the main road, close to all the restaurants and a few minutes' walk from the Franschhoek tram station. Private entrance door at street level leads straight to staircase up into the room with its interesting decor. Good size apartment with a balcony looking over the little square and the main road. Car parking on the street was safe.

Cons: It was alll great. Nice place to stay

Nice property shame about the traffic.

Pros: Very comfortable large room. Location was great for the centre of Franschhoek.

Cons: Unfortunately, since our last visit 12 months ago, the traffic on the main street has become very heavy with heavy lorries blasting out heavy diesel fumes such that the air in the Main street is not good. Not the fault of the Studio, but it does impact on the enjoyment, making the balcony pretty unpleasant to use during the day.

Wunderbar gemütliches, großzügiges und stilvolles Studio in zentraler Lage. Prima!

Pros: Ein tolles Studio (!!!) - sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr groß und hell, vollständig ausgestattet und in perfekt zentraler Lage in Franschhoek. Die Betten waren sehr gut und trotz der zentralen Lage war es nachts sehr ruhig. Von hier aus war der zentrale Teil Franschhoeks innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der kleine Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse hat am Nachmittag Sonne und ist trotz der lebhaften Hauptstraße darunter gut nutzbar. Wir haben uns in diesem Studio ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und würden diese Studio immer wieder als erste Anlaufstelle betrachten. Prima!

Cons: Keine Kritikpunkte. Allerdings nicht geeignet für Personen mit einer Gehbehinderung, da das Studio im ersten Stock nur über eine längere Treppe erreichbar ist.
