Wonderful apartment that we wouldn’t hesitate to return to.

Pros: The location of the apartment could not be any better as it is right in the centre of town. It had everything that we could have wished for. Although in the centre of town it was surprisingly very quiet at night.

Cons: Absolutely nothing

The best place to stay in all of Franschhoek!

Pros: Perfect location in the centre of town, the apartment is big and spacious and absolutely gorgeous. Kitchen is fully equipped and laundry facilities as well. Beds are comfy and bathrooms are huge. A real find!!! Vanessa was super accomodating and very helpful.

Cons: Nothing - perfect all round

Pros: Beautifully decorated and comfortable accommodation

Cons: The stairs and parking. The stairs to access the accommodation makes it difficult with luggage especially if you are a group of females. The parking very difficult to access.

Great Stay in Franschoek

Pros: We had a great stay in Franschoek. Our primary reason for being in the area was to spend a couple of days on the wine tram. The stop is a 10 min walk from the apt. The apt is very comfortable - we were only 2 people but 4 people could have easily stayed. It has everything that you could need. Plus shops, restaurants and supermarkets are literally 2 mins walk. We were very happy to have parking onsite for our hire car. I would highly recommend this apt.

Cons: A safety deposit box for valuables would have been helpful. There is a large plate of glass that sits on the floor in front of the fireplace. We believe to protect against fire. It’s not shown in the photos of the property. The glass is very large at 1.5m x 1m. It would be easy to step on it … we moved the chairs to avoid any accidental damage. With small children this might not be the best solution.

Wonderful place. Excellent location, friendly and helpful owner

Pros: Exceeded our expectations on all criteria. The apartment is in an enclosed area with a restaurants, etc. The gates to the area closes in the evenings and you MUST take the keys with you to ensure that you can return. Therefore ensure that you let Denise and Vanessa, the owners/hosts, know if you only will be checking in after dark for the first time. There is undercover parking, however it is unlikely that one will find it without detailed instructions, which they will provide, however ensure that you have it before you arrive, else, there is ample parking on the streeet

Cons: Key could be left on the lock box rather than needing to be picked up outside town.

Pros: Lovely apartment beautifully presented in a very central location

Cons: Tiny point but the noise from the adjacent cafe is quite loud particularly in the evening if there is entertainment but it finishes early
