Perfect location and exceptional service — ideal start to our honeymoon

Pros: The location is unbeatable — right in the centre of Franschhoek, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, markets, and shops. It made exploring the town effortless and enjoyable. The penthouse was stylish and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. Ian, who assisted us over WhatsApp, was incredibly responsive and resolved a parking issue within minutes. His attentiveness really elevated our stay and made the start of our honeymoon feel special.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Pros: The location is perfect in the centre of the village. Once you park and unpack all cafe and stores are walking distance and you dont need to use a car.

Pros: Location was spot on! Nice and cosy penthouse, loved the fireplace since it was a cold and rainy weekend.

Cons: The mattress was too soft for my liking. Maybe worn-out? Struggled with the Wifi, even my own data didn't want to work inside. The moment you step outside it was working fine. Also couldn't get Netflix working. The AC was working 100%, but a bit noisy.
