Absolutely wonderful

Pros: We loved our stay at La Residence. The staff were outstanding, very professional but warm and friendly and made our stay so enjoyable. The property has been beautifully designed and we felt very privileged to have stayed there. Our breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice…just wonderful.

Cons: There was not a single thing that we were not happy about.

Pros: O serviço e a atenção ao detalhe são perfeitos neste hotel. Casa empregado é excepcional. O late check out foi incrível e fizeram sentir-nos em casa todo o tempo. Um hotel de excelência e acima de quase todos no mundo.

Cons: Não há nada para não gostar, até o preço se justifica pela enorme distinção do hotel para com os demais da mesma classe.

a new experience, inviting us to come back.

Pros: the wide open space of the main building with Restaurant and Lounge facilities. The nature of the surrounding gardens/lake views as well as the outdoor pool facilities. Free breakfast and mini bar are a welcome addition to the price package. Save parking for our car and enough walk ways on the property are also appreciated, as well as the heating/aircon was great to keep the winter chill at bay.

Cons: nothing comes to mind.

Pros: Incredibly beautiful property with the most lovely, friendly, and accommodating staff. Decor and comfort of the room were exceptional. Chefs were extremely accommodating for our allergies and customized everything to our preferences. The most magical stay. Will be returning soon.

Heaven on the hill

Pros: Everything but most especially the staff. Old school charm and beautifully appointed rooms… The shuttle into town made everything so convenient and allowing us to chose from a selection of great wines that are included in the stay was a pleasant and welcome surprise!

Pros: es war ein großartiger Empfang. man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt . sehr herzlich und persönlich . Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich schön eingerichtet und der Service war perfekt . Für uns das Beste Hotel in Südafrika . Wir werden gerne dorthin zurückgekommen.
