Lovely friendly staff. Nice restaurant.

Pros: Good position for Franschoek, shuttle to take down to town 5 minutes journey. Great for visiting wineries and taking wine train

Cons: Our room didn't have a door from bedroom to toilet which was not ideal but don't know about other rooms. No Netflix or streaming service on tv.

Definitely coming back!

Pros: We had a lovely room with great views. It was peaceful, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful.

Fantastic villas in a lovely setting

Pros: Great location we have stayed several times previously. Absolutely fantastic villas with everything you could want and truly luxurious. Views are lovely .

Cons: Fountain in main pond not working and wasn't working a year ago. Needs more sunbed space at times can't get one! They have built a new pool and this has next to no sunbed space either. With more building work going on this is only going to ger worse.

Good option for a short stay in Franschoek

Pros: The location of the estate as it is close enough to Franschoek Village but still has the feel of being in the winelands

Cons: The check in process was confusing as the staff werent sure which managing agency we had been assigned to. Part of the estate is under construction which made it noisy at times

Comfortable stay, great location, could have just been a little more clean

Pros: Great location, spacious studio with great facilities and friendly staff.

Cons: The studio - especially the floor - was not super clean.

We have been here before and will be back again.

Pros: Breakfast, Room and view were all affected by the fires and power cut but did not affect us too badly.

Cons: The wild life in the pond was a bit noisy at night but not so much as to stop us sitting outside.

A beautiful place to stay to explore a lovely town!

Pros: We had a beautiful 2 -bedroom villa. It was nicely decorated and well equipped with gorgeous view of the mountains.

Cons: Requested room to be serviced when we went out for 4 hours and it wasn’t.

Nice place but more for people that looking for apartment style and not centre hotel

Pros: Big rooms Comfortable for people who want to have dishwasher and washing

Cons: Very nice room But with 2 young kids it will be better to have room not at the end of building and far away from receiption. Also in shower it’s not so comfortable for women ,we don’t wash our hair each time we shower:) And it’s really hard to have a shower without washing your hair!
