Would definitely come back!

Pros: I enjoyed my stay at Natte Valleij very much. The place has something very warm and authentical. The family in charge was also very friendly.

Cons: Slighthly weathered by time but this also adds to the charm.

Very affordable stay in the Cape Winelands

Pros: Very affordable farm stay within the Stellenbosch vineyards! Really good value for money! Decent sized rooms, reliable wifi. The gardens are also very beautiful - our children loved roaming around in them, discovering new paths and playparks!

Cons: The handover process was very impersonal - we never got to meet the owners, besides from having conversations over the phone.

Great stay, good value for money. Charming!

Pros: Great environment and experience on a farm. The vine cottage is amazing! Its basic but that’s its charm! We played tennis and enjoyed the pool.

Cons: The mattresses need renewal.

Rustic escape in a beautiful and authentic location.

Pros: It’s a rustic setup with Cape Dutch architecture. The pool is beautiful and welcome reprieve from the heat. Though we didn’t use the tennis courts - they looked extraordinary. We were also graciously accommodated with late check out as I was attending Cathy Milner’s Art Workshop on that weekend which I heartily recommend overnighting for to avoid the trek to and fro.

Cons: Pillows could be updated.

Our stay was well worth it, a short tranquil get away, a hidden gem indeed.

Pros: Situated in a lovely area and close to most shopping centres. Was such a lovely, peaceful stay, I wish we booked for longer.

Pros: The staff switched on a heater in our room prior to checking in so our room was wonderfuly cosy when we arrived.

Pros: Cosy room, fan heater warmed it up in a couple of minutes. The gardens are spectacular. I highly recommend you explore them. The historical manor has a rich history (see website).
