Gorgeous leafy surroundings. Great hotel.

Pros: Staff are super. Food delicious. This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Our second visit and will definitely return. Immaculately maintained and so pretty with thatched buildings.

A cosy, intimate and tastefully furnished and decorated getaway, where the staff are very warm and welcoming. Wonderful

Pros: Super well maintained, lots of greenery, everything is in walking distance. Very clean.

Cons: The bathrooms were a little outdated.

An amazing stay with top staff and beautiful rooms and great gym and pool .

Pros: Excellent blend of old style and modern Hotel with exceptionally friendly and well trained staff . Great Gym and Swimming pool with excellent SPA . Really excellent breakfast . Super relaxing

Cons: Restaurants were very nice but food selection was a bit all over the place and not special...unlike surrounding wine farm property restaurants which were amazing . Everything else really top class and would thoroughly recommend .

Very pleasant and unforgettable due to my accompanying wife.

Pros: The staff was excellent, friendly and efficient (especially the restaurant staff). The food is exceptionally good. At a fair price. The luxurious finishes in the rooms are very European quality and in Africa, a very pleasant experience. The fact that no loadshedding was experienced, was also a sigh of relief.

Cons: Even though the finishes are at a very high standard, the water / plumbing is very sad to say, poor. It is impossible to shower in room 6 as the water temperature is either very hot or very cold (never in the middle), and the taps do not allow for easy temperature adjustment. So much so, that it can take up to 5-10min to set the taps to a desired temperature as it is by touching the tap, either burning hot or super cold. This however is a fractional comment since one does not shower all day long.

Perfect last minute break in a fab oasis of calm with attentive and helpful staff . A beautiful place.

Pros: A beautiful oasis of calm gardens so well manicured and the pool areas very serene . Staff amazing and went out their way to be very helpful . Breakfast a treat

Cons: The bathrooms and the spa are now both dated . Rooms are great which makes the bathrooms age stand out
