Bedrooms were amazing

Pros: Location and bedroom size. Facilities were amazing. If I lived within driving distance, I would definitely be booking this hotel again and again

Good but the room issue was a damper on our stay

Pros: Everything else in hotel was fantastic! Would return again but only if you get a room with a view that they said you were getting!

Cons: We booked a suite with a balcony and view of the harbour area and on arrival our room 104 view was a wall and bushes so we were very disappointed Asked if they could move us but could not for Friday evening After complaining again on Saturday they moved us to 118 a corner unit with beautiful views which we loved and enjoyed Thanks for a lovely lady Dee for helping us with move to new room with a view

Pros: It was value for money. The breakfast was very nice.

Cons: I did not like the attitude of the people serving the food. This morning it was the pancake and french toast guy. Very unfriendly and unhelpful.

Pros: The staff are excellent all the way from the securtiy, bar staff and management. (Chad, Jayden and the manager were very helpfull) Highly reccomended.

Cons: the gym needs to be looked at and also the outsourcing company used for the laundry are poor.

Memorable Weekend

Pros: Absolutely loved the location. Breakfast was phenomenal and the staff were all very friendly and efficient. Loved the Cocktail bar called Ooh La La, Shaun the barman was amazing and the entertainment on the Saturday night was so good. The massage we had at the Spa was also very good. Thank-you for a memorable weekend.

Cons: We were on the first floor and our room went out to a huge patio area. It would be nice to have a table with chairs outside the bedroom.

Pros: Suite had both views ocean and harbour. Breakfast was superb. The room safe was a great size. The art gallery was a fantastic feature.

Cons: Access to power points could be made easier. Hair dryer could be moved to the bathroom

3 night family stay

Pros: Our family room was absolutely brilliant. 2 levels with good size double beds and seperate toilets. The balcony facing the sea was perfect. Pool brilliant, decent gym too. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. Ate in the restaurant and bar which was really good food and value for money.
