Lovely stay

Pros: The room was comfortable, the location excellent. Staff were all lovely and the pool area was great.

Cons: We really had a lovely stay, with nothing major to complain about. However things like having a bath plug that isn't falling apart are the small details that do matter when you have paid quite a bit for the stay - I had a bath and the bath plug was extremely hard to get out due to not having a chain or any grip on it. I would say also that for breakfasts, which were generally good, fresh fruit should be used and not tinned fruits!

Gorgeous hotel, spectacular views of the mountain and great value for money.

Pros: The views overlooking the mountain were spectacular. Breakfast was awesome, the staff excellent and importantly the hotel looked like the advertised pictures. One of our rooms was incredibly spacious. We will definitely stay there again.

Cons: We asked for rooms to be close and couldn’t be accommodated maybe next time.
