The best escape in the winelands with top hospitality

Pros: Great location, close to wineries and hiking trails, beautiful garden, secure and safe, spacious and clean… but the best part are the generous new owners of this hidden gem. We felt truly welcome and pampered. From the delicious breakfast (with fresh fruit from the garden) and the cappuccino (indeed the best, outside of Italy) to the homemade pasta (try it!) and the special veg soup for those with the weaker stomachs (thanks again for fixing that issue). We had the most relaxed two nights stay and cannot recommend this place enough. So thank you Diego, Reka and of course friendly old dog Thiago, we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

A very Special place

Pros: This hotel was a little piece of paradise. The owners Diego and Rika were so lovely and kind. They went out of their way to make our stay special. We just loved being there. The breakfast was excellent and so were the dinners. Our room was extremely comfortable. We so enjoyed just relaxing and enjoying the views in their lovely gardens. We will definitely be coming back as soon as we can.

Home from home, friendly almost making you part of the family.

Pros: Absolutely stunning place. Peaceful away from the hustle, bustle of life, yet super convenient to get around the area. And super safe. The hosts are awesome, welcoming and friendly - can’t do enough for you to ensure you have a great stay.

The most beautiful and breathtakingly beautiful venue ever!!

Pros: We spent one night at the residence boutique hotel and had the most amazing and best experience ever!! The hosts were so friendly, welcoming and warm. The food and venue is out of this world. We felt like we were in our own little heaven. Bedroom so spacious, beautiful and clean. This is definitely our favorite place ever and we cannot wait to return. May God bless you the amazing couple and their beautiful business!!

Pros: I honestly cant rate this place high enough! How many times when you leave a hotel, do you hug the owners goodbye! You could not find two more welcoming hosts, more comfortable rooms, better food, more beautiful grounds or relaxing surroundings all in one place anywhere in Capetown! I am not a city person, so looked for somewhere away from the madding crowds but close enough to be able to sight see. This was PERFECT! I couldn't wait to get back every night. All I can say is thank you for making my trip to SA 🙏🙏🙏

A splendiferous find

Pros: A sublime stay in Grabouw. We only stayed for one night and wish it could have been for a week. Beautiful apartment with bright and airy rooms... everything you need including a hot tub and a fireplace. An extremely warm welcome from Reka, Diego and gorgeous Tiago. We didn't have dinner but the smells coming from the kitchen were heavenly! Lush and spacious well kept grounds, a pristine blue salt water pool. Loved our stay there! Just gorgeous!!!

Lovely rooms and the owners go out of their way for their guests, very friendly and helpful.
