Great location and friendly staff. A Golfers dream.

Pros: Great location, clean rooms, by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

Cons: Overpriced for the space. Decor could be improved.

Pros: Great site for golf but a little pricey. I did not have clubs and the pro shop would not loan or allow me rent to hit balls on range. They also put u with a group if u are alone which is fine but they make u share a cart and do not give option to rent separate.

Cons: Pricey

Seems lacking in value to me and I didn’t get the seamless feeling I got at other resorts.

Pros: The location is perfect if your playing golf but not so perfect if just passing through. Strong security on site. Didn’t feel the love as we have done in all our other accommodations.

Cons: Overall product I feel has declined from what I remembered several years ago. Resturants on site. look to be franchised out. The resort is also on the expensive side.

Pros: The room was huge, extremely comfortable bed. Great turn down service. Choice of two pools and two restaurants and very secure location

Cons: Bit of a complex process for Uber drivers to access the grounds but very minor detail!

A treat to stay here and play a top quality golf course.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and our room was spacious with all the facilities we needed. A pool was close by as was the golf course. We had bookings for golf which unfortunately were early afternoon when it was pretty hot. In future we would try to get bookings earlier in the day.

You get what you pay for.

Pros: Rooms were large and spacious with great views over the lake and mountains. Turn down service. Great breakfast at Backs. Nice pool. ( although a large noisy family did spoil the peace on our second day. )

Cons: Location and the security gate which kept wanting to see our driving license, even going out! No nespresso machine.

Almost a perfect experience!

Pros: Very impressive on arrival! Loved our room - spacious, comfortable and lovely views. Very much enjoyed playing on the course, very scenic. The restaurants offered a great variety of meals and they were delicious. The staff were very helpful with trying to get breakfast out fast so that we could make it to our wine tram excursion on time. Great views of the course from the restaurant. We didn’t visit the spa while there but it looked good. Pool area looked good but pool bar was closed while we were there.

Cons: Information on arrival could have been better. For a resort like this we would have expected the same kind of info book in the room that you would find at most accommodations- a resort map would have been helpful. There doesn’t seem to be great cohesion between the different parts of the resort or perhaps just reception isn’t well equipped to be too helpful. The pool also needed cleaning and the pool bar being closed was disappointing.

Pros: Wow, everything was amazing. This was a world-class experience. They are serious about service A place to relax and have fun. Heaven on earth 🌎 This was an experience you can only experience. My best holiday I SA.
