excellent value and cannot find a better location to the main attractions in the town centre

Pros: We received a delightful warm welcome by the receptionist, Robin- she is a superstar and made us feel most welcome. explained the property and facilities on offer and advised of complimentary room upgrade, which was wonderful. Robin also greeted us the next morning as our host for breakfast - the breakfast was standard offerings, well presented. will definately recommend the Hotel and hope to visit again.

Pros: Close to the centre, boutique hotel, lovely cooked breakfast and staff really helpful and friendly

Cons: There wasn't a set kettle in our room so had to request this so we had to borrow the kettle from the breakfast room and take it back each morning to be used. We stayed in an older style room so only a ceiling fan and it was quite warm so not sure if an aircon could be fitted

Pros: Excellent location. Well kept extremely neat hotel within walking distance of everything. Robin was an excellent hostess who was always willing to go the extra mile. She attended to a minor issue with the shower immediately. Extremely spacious bedroom, bathroom and lounge

Pros: Location is excellent. Steps from downtown. The hotel is a true boutique, with lovely old features. The rooms were very comfortable.

Cons: One room didn't have a bath, which would have been nice.

Had a lovely stay in Franschoek, hotel was in a good location with restaurants and wine tram within walking distance

Pros: Loved the homely feel of the place, our suite was outstanding and not what I expected. The separate lounge was nice. Breakfast in the garden was lovely
