It is a lovely stay, very pleasant, the staff are super helpful. It is very close to nice winefarms.

Pros: Stunning location. Perfectly situated to see all we wanted to and most of all Peaceful and relaxing. Mel was a wonderful host and chatting to her and hearing the history of the place was amazing. Thank you.

Warm comfortable stay in the heart of the Elgin wine region

Pros: The location of the venue is perfectly situated in the Elgin area. It is close to wine farms, farm stalls and the Elgin Railway market. It is also close to N2 which makes getting in and out a breeze but far enough to not be affected by traffic noise. Belfield cottages is located on a stunning wine farm with a newly renovated, well kept cottage with all the self catering amenities you will require. We received a warm welcome from Mel who was very helpful in directing us to things to do and places to visit in the area. The heater and electric blankets kept us warm and cozy though the night which was a big plus.

Pros: We loved the beautiful and peaceful scenery that the farm offers. It's amazing how the atmosphere can calm you, waking up to birds singing was amazing 👏🙌 ❤

Cons: Nothing comes to mind of things we didn't like, we loved and appreciated our stay so much.

Beautiful farm environment close to many Elgin attractions

Pros: Peace and quiet in the vineyards- beautiful gardens. Wish we could stay longer. Comfortable accommodation. Mel a wonderful hostess

Restful and Captivating place

Pros: Fantastic Location great part of the WCape. Close to lots of other great places and things to see and acrivities to do. This area is pristine and well functioning part of South Africa. Cannot see why people would flock to stay in Cape Town. Host was awesome and welcoming. Place had lots of attention to detail with lots of extra. Such a restful place with beautiful views of mountains and the vineyard. Definitely planning another longer stay Such a \
