Amazing time away for Valentine's.

Pros: Amazing little cottage in the best location. Very private and ideal for couple time away. Spent 3 nights there and short walk into the village. Stunning restaurants and coffee shops near by. On the reserve so hiking starts out the properties back gate.

Lovely quaint cottage

Pros: A lovely cottage with beautiful views onto the mountains. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patios in both the front and back of the house. It was very private. Well equipped kitchen. We would certainly come back. The review points are lower than our experience but that is because of the space constraints rather than unhappiness with the cottage

Cons: Initially, our sons were going to join us as it was advertised as a cottage for 4 people. Fortunately, they didn't come because the cottage is definitely not big enough for 4 adults. We were able to use the second room for our bags and cupboard space. The main bedroom was so small the door did not close as the bed was in the way. However, for 2 people it is perfect. But then it should probably be priced accordingly.

A nice, clean comfortable small cottage in a quiet area close to the village centre.

Pros: A good location close to the village centre, yet still quiet. A nice, clean cottage.

Cons: It is a small compact with not a lot of open space. The accommodation is suitable for a couple or maybe 3 people maximum.

It was a comfortable, pretty and very peaceful home away from home. We will definitely return.

Pros: It was such a pretty cottage with an amazing garden. I especially loved the little nooks and crannies that allowed for relaxation. The outdoor shower and bath-tub made for a lovely cooling off after a hike in the Nature Reserve. The hot-tub was a surprise but too large to fill for just 2 people. Sitting on the stoep reading a book with an amazing view of Greyton and the mountains was such a treat. It was walking distance to all amenities, although the road structure was not very good. All amenities inside the cottage was well thought out and our stay was very comfortable

Cons: The driveway needs to be re-looked at. It was almost impossible to get up the driveway and park the car. The design is not good for large cars and SUVs. There is no space in the bedroom for 2 suitcases and no cupboard space to hang clothes.

Very pretty cottage with spectacular views of the mountains and garden lounging spots to enjoy.

Pros: The cottage has the most spectacular views of the mountains. It has a lovely veranda and stoep from which these views can be enjoyed. Well equipped, we didn't lack anything. Because we stayed a few days, it was great do be able to braai and also to do some washing. Many places outside to relax and enjoy the pretty garden plus access to walk in the nature reserve right behind the house. Perfect for 1-3 adults.

Cons: They use the space they have in the best possible way, however the bedrooms are a bit on the small side and over a longer stay you have to be creative with storing luggage. A small setoff for the reward of having those views of the mountains and the garden spots for lounging make up for it. Plus there isn't much one can do about the size of the house. If your stay is for a longer period, this will not be the best option for more than 3 adults.

Pros: Ridgeworth Cottage is a small self-catering cottage, located in the nice village of Greyton. It has 2 bed rooms with very comfy beds and is fully equipped, having a british charm and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. The views from the Stoep are very nice and in front of the house secured parking is on offer. The village center with restaurants and shops is in easy walking distance and a nature reserve with several hiking trails is located directly behind the property. We can highly recommend a stay at Ridgeworth Cottage!!

Cons: There is nothing to complain - it is just to mention that there is not much space to store a suitcase, so try to have not too much luggage with you :-)

Pros: The cottage is gorgeous and so is the beautifully manicured garden 🏡 The extra special touches such as the sherry, wood for the fireplace, comfy cushions and lightweight cotton throws on the outside benches as well as the electric blankets on the beds for the colder nights are all much appreciated. It looks as if a hot tub is in the process of getting built, so that will be a fantastic addition ... even to use it as a plunge pool during the hot Summer months 🌞

Cons: Everything was lovely, so it's difficult to find fault. Perhaps the only thing that I would add is some loose polo-fleece blankets to the beds, for use when one is reading or taking an afternoon snooze, and one doesn't want to get fully into bed ... then a blanket gives just that extra little warmth and coziness on top of the bed 🛌

Perfect nest on edge of Greyton.

Pros: Location: backing on to nature reserve for lovely walks. Quiet road. Great that enclosed parking meant we could leave luggage in the car. Short, attractive walk into Greyton. Nice interior and terraces. Sand-coloured towels much better than snowy white ones which need bleaching!

Cons: Some people might not like the steep approach, the steps climbing up to the property and the walk into Greyton. But we were fine with it all.

Loved it, and will be back

Pros: The location and views No load-shedding disruption Staff are very caring and responsive

Cons: The sink in bathroom is too small The fire pit could have been higher up to capture views The dipping pool is a great addition but could have been better shaped

Will book again

Pros: This property is tranquil and in an amazing location. It’s small inside but elegant and has everything one could need. Loved the access to nature reserve out the back door

Cons: The driveway and area to turn is really tricky but doable
