Waterstone Villa

Our friends group loved the stay at Waterstone Villa and would definitely book the stay again.

Pros: The location and the surroundings of the property were exceptional. Ease of checking in and checking out of the property.

Cons: The pool and the external deck could have been cleaned. The property managing agent was difficult to get through to especially when the alarms were going off and ADT were rocking up at the front door but eventually the owners managed to turn the alarm off.

Pros: Located on the slope with mountain backdrop, you can see the ocean from the pool and rooms. Waterstone Villa is beautifully situated. Very nicely designed spacious house.

Great location, great villa, very friendly and responsive host.

Pros: Hermanus is a great location with many attractions, shops and restaurants. The villa itself was very luxurious, spacious and comfortable with a swimming pool and nice sea view.

Pros: It's a beautiful spacious home. The pictures don't do it enough justice. I loved that each person had their own bathroom en suite.

Waterstone Villa exceeds expectations!

Pros: The house exceeded our expectations and everyone having an en-suite made it feel more like home than most holiday houses. The kitchen was exceptional with the dishwasher a massive help and the braai room was great!

Cons: We did not have any complaints given the house exceeded our expectations.

A true gem, the photos do not do it justice!

Pros: My siblings and I stayed at Waterstone for the weekend. It was spacious enough to accommodate our respective spouses and kids. The views were incredible and we felt that each family could have their own area to relax. The three braai areas were a godsend, as the kids could use an area for roasting marshmallows, the gents could braai the meat and the ladies could use the 3rd fire to keep snug! I loved the various shower fixtures as it doubled as a massage. The beds were amazingly comfy and the bedding and pillows were of great quality. The bathroom amenities were exclusively Charlotte Rhys was also a lovely touch. Overall we would love to come back in summer to fully make use of the indoor outdoor living space. Amanda was so wonderful throughout the weekend and was available to assist with any queries. Would highly recommend it. I would have loved to post the videos I took of the space as the pictures do not fully showcase the villa's beauty.

Cons: Some of the ACs are in need of a service as they were temperamental when using the warm air function. The electricity tripped a few times, this could be due to the use of hairdryers and the tumble dryer.

Great location, great house, amazing host always readily available.

Pros: Spacious Beautiful, comfy and warm if you go at the time of year we did.

Cons: Abit of a situation with the geyser and the aircons being on together and the wifi is an issue. But Amanda came to the rescue and it was all sorted.

Moderne, großzügige Villa mit Pool und fantastischem Blick aufs Meer

Pros: Sehr großzügiges Haus, schöne Zimmer, moderner Stil mit allem Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann. Komplett eingerichtete Küche, drei Grill für Barbecue und ein großer Pool. Dazu ein unglaublicher Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse aus. Sehr gepflegte und sichere Wohnanlage. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung, vor allem mit Amanda, lief reibungslos, sie hat bei allen Fragen unglaublich schnell reagiert und war immer zur Stelle.

A sprawling, magnificent home in the mountains

Pros: Pristinely kept. Despite the vastness and open plan, each bedroom was quiet and secluded.

Cons: Are you kidding? It was heaven!

One of the best properties I stayed at.

Pros: Great bedrooms with bathrooms, great views, entertainment facilities outstanding. Whole house was clean and tidy. We will be back.
