Kennedys Beach Villa

Stunning accommodations, needs a little attention to detail

Pros: Excellent location. Lots of space. Loved the amenities, especially the pool table, the kitchen, the views and the garden. We loved the access to the river. It really feels like a mini-palace and a sanctuary. James was super nice and extremely helpful.

Cons: There were unfortunately a few things that bothered us. The floor hadn’t been cleaned well and there were cobwebs by the bed. The bathroom is a bit dated and there was no toilet spray, and the microwave was malfunctioning. Not the end of the world but it did affect our perception of value. Had some trouble getting hold of James on his phone on our arrival.

Absolutely incredible

Pros: Amazing property. Clean and beautifully situated, close by to amazing restaurants and of course the beach. James was amazing as were the property owners. Incredibly friendly and organised. The most relaxed I have been in many years.

Cons: Absolutely nothing. Fantastic stay from start to finish

Just wonderful, perfect in every way!

Pros: What a fabulous find this was! We initially stayed in the Lagoon Villa at the start of our holiday and it was wonderful, an old colonial building surrounded by greenery with our own BBQ and beautiful outside area with sun loungers and chairs available on the very edge of the Lagoon, truly beautiful!! At the end of our holiday we decided to stay in the Beach Villa above which has breath taking views of the beach, complete with a jacuzzi where you could while away the hours staring at the view, the Villa itself was just perfect, as was the Lagoon Villa and James was always on hand to assist in anyway possible and made a point of cleaning the Villa every morning! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this fantastic place and I've no doubt that once we return to South Africa we will be staying there once more!! Thanks to our hosts for a perfect stay!

Cons: Nothing!

Unmatched location with a lot of privacy

Pros: Beautiful location, the view was spectacular, unbeatable in the area with a lot of privacy. Very spacious accomodation. Staff, in particular James, was very friendly and tended to our every need post-haste. Check-in and out was very smooth. Be sure to look at some of the extra's that the accomodation has to offer (such as massages in the room), for a very good price. We'll be back if we're ever in the region again.

Cons: Some of the facilities could use a bit of an upgrade (shower/bathroom in particular), but certainly not a deal breaker.

Serene.We didn't feel the rush to get done and get out. James told use could stay until 12:00

Pros: James was a rock star. And Mrs Kennedy made a point to com and introduce herself which added rear special touch.

Cons: There were cobwebs everywhere and the grouting in the shower was moldy.

Pros: Huge Apartment wich makes you feel like a Lord. The bed is very comfortable and there are three hottubs/jacuzzis on the property. Two with a view. Loads of privacy and lovely staff and owners. We loved staying there and would come back anytime.

Peaceful, amazing views and exceptional hosts.

Pros: Amazing views with the most wonderful balcony overlooking the water. The short walk to a beautiful beach and cafe made the location ideal.James was a great asset and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We had a truly great few days stay.

Pros: Stunning property with a perfect location, super close to great cafes and only a short drive to the main township. Would definitely recommend if considering staying in the area. Definitely the comfiest bed we have had on our holiday. Ymile and James were super easy to deal with and lovely people.

Extremely relaxing stay out of the hustle and bustle of the Whale Festival, but close enough.

Pros: Host was extremely responsive on messages. There was someone on site to assist. We could have our doggies with us and that was a huge win.
