Relaxing place

Pros: Fantastic place to stay after a full day visiting wineries. We booked a lovely two bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The beds were comfy. We did not use the kitchen but it seemed to have what was needed to cook a simple meal. Staff were lovely and breakfast very nice.

Great location, Braai not as good

Pros: Great location and we liked Serenity Villa and its views

Cons: Somewhat Disappointed by the braai evening which was expensive for what it was. Also we were charged for two glasses of wine even when signs on tables said the braai included a bottle of wine. When we asked staff we were told it was just a glass included, but even this we were charged for. Breakfasts were ok but the fruit on offer was unripe and hard.

Garden of Eden

Pros: Simply outstanding. Everything has been thought of. Michael, our main server was one of the nicest most attentive all round great guy.

Pros: Great Service, exceptional food (the Braai!!! And the Steak!), hot tub and pool are great, situated in the middle of a wine berg and the cutest dogs

Pros: Awesome location near Stellenbosch right within the vineyards with beautiful mountain views The view from the fire heated hot tub is just incredible Nice breakfast, it’s very comfortable that you can have dinner

Cons: Just keep in mind that you can’t access this place directly.from the north (n1), you need to go through Stellenbosch

Amazing Staff and cute location.

Pros: The Staff was amazing. We were very welcomed and teated so nicely. We felt like we were in a little relaxing oasis for us. Its a great scenic change after a few days in capetown.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful area

Pros: Amazing little hotel with a beautiful view over the vineyards! Everything was perfect, the room, the pool, the view! I loved that they have high quality bedding and sheets as well as that they provided bathrobes and pool towels! Breakfast was delicious, you could choose one main from the menu. In the evening, we had a lovely time by the chimney. A cute cat to pet and two dogs are also around.

Cons: The only thing that irritated me were the high prices for dinner. While I understand that it’s a small place, I had a vegetarian Pojite for 590 Rant! That’s roughly 30€ and in my opinion really overpriced for some rice with vegetable curry - especially because they rushed us to order dinner right when we arrived and prices were not mentioned then.

Best escape ever!

Pros: The staff were extremely welcoming, and quickly organised our Luxury open plan villa, organised lighting the fire to heat the jacuzzi and answered any questions. The appliances were all top spec and very comfy bed. Great, food and wine at the main building. Felt very private and quiet, was sad to leave!

Excellent value for money, Great staff!

Pros: Staff were very friendly, dining area has a great view. Room was spacious, very clean and a large bathroom. Bonus having 2 friendly dogs on site!

Cons: Breakfast finished at 9 - I felt this was early for a Sunday especially as we were staying at the venue post a wedding on site.
