Great staff, beautiful pool and outside chilling area in a safe location

Anniversary overnight stay

Pros: The management team is for sure customer service orientated due to from welcome messages follow up during the stay if all in order. They make it special due to our 5th year anniversary with wine and chocolate gift with a special note to congratulate us!! That was so awesome!!

Well run, clean & walking distance from the beach, shops & places to eat. The breakfast was good.

Pros: Breakfast was good. The property didn't have power that morning but made sure that there was cooked breakfast, coffees and fruit and yogurt available.

Cons: The rooms are close together and you can sometimes hear your neighbours a little bit. It wasn't bad. Probably no worse than other hotels. We also noted that other guests smoked directly outside our bathroom window, which wasn't great. The hotel needs a dedicated smoking area that is enforced.

A perfect, comfortable place to stay for a night before an early flight.

Pros: We booked this hotel because we needed a night in Cape Town before a very early transatlantic flight the next day. This hotel offered a free airport shuttle service. The service was superb we were both met from the airport and delivered to the airport in good timing. The hotel itself was a little oasis in a nice suburban area. The rooms were arranged around a lovely courtyard with a swimming pool and tables and chairs to sit outside and relax in. We had a \

Cons: Unfortunately, we had to leave in the early hours of the morning so could not take advantage of the breakfast the following morning. We also arrived quite late in the evening and there were no restaurants nearby to walk to although they would have been closing anyway which was our fault but a shame that there was nothing on site that could have provided some food/snacks. The hotel was also about a 30 minute drive from the airport.

The staff is amazing and theu enjoyed their stay.

Pros: Booked the accommodation for my mom and aunts and they can not stop raving about their stay. They are very happy, no complaints whatsoever about anything. Will definitely book this place next time I am in Cape Town.
