A stunning stay with breathtaking views, superb hospitality, and spotless, well-equipped rooms

Pros: A fantastic stay with unbeatable views ! We had an incredible time at Windon Vineyard Farmhouse. The views are truly stunning - stretching across beautiful vineyards all the way to the mountains. It’s perfectly located, just a short drive from Stellenbosch, so exploring wine farms and the town was effortless. The hosts were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to assist with anything we needed, from organising laundry to making sure we had plenty of firewood. The rooms were impeccable: spacious, spotless, and extremely well equipped, as was the kitchen. We also loved spending time on the patio soaking in those magnificent views. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will be back... Highly recommended!

Peaceful, perfect location and stunning views

Pros: We had the best time! Beautiful view, perfectly furnished. Everything exceeded our expectations! Everything was so well thought out in the cottage, we lacked for nothing. Would absolutely recommend this to everyone!

Pros: Absolutely stunning views across the Stellenbosch valley, surrounded by a lovely garden. Beautifully appointed, clean cottage with excellent facilities. Julie and Ian were so welcoming and the property exceeded our expectations in terms of space, surrounds and facilities. We hope to visit again.

Wonderful stay in vineyards. The house is lovely, so comfortable and well equipped.

Pros: We absolutely loved everything about this accommodation - from the views, the personal touches, the quality to the overall relaxed and quiet stay. Julia made us feel at home and had great restaurant recommendations. I would recommend this farmhouse to anyone - international visitor or local.

Cons: No comment whatsoever, we'd love to stay at the Windon farmhouse again.
