Sea Whisper

Pros: The location was absolutely fabulous! The rooms were amazing and living areas so spacious and the perfect place to entertain and be together. We loved every minute in this very happy home.

We had a lovely stay at Sea Whisper in Hermanus, as it was clean, spacious and well equipped.

Pros: The hosts were easy to make contact with (they reached out via WhatsApp), and we agreed on the arrival time and key handover.

Pros: They are very accomodating and a special thanks to Lydia .

Cons: Everything is all right but sorry to mention an issue that need to be addressed considering the one nite at 200 € . The two upstairs bedrooms mattresses are neither too hard nor too soft but totally uncomfortable which makes a good sleep not possible. The one downstairs is a foam one and also very uncomfortable. Only one table fan working one speed while the other one is dead. Best regards, Marc and Christine

A hidden gem .

Pros: Everything was amazing,nothing lacking. Lots of personal touches .The outside bbq area and all the outside seating were very welcome .The architect who designed this house used every bit of space to create a roomy functional home

Cons: Nothing to dislike.A small point,not a criticism..A sleeper couch could be made available in the upstairs lounge area to accommodate additional guests,since only 3 beds in such a house with such a large footprint

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and all that it had to make our stay more comfortable.

Pros: The location was excellent and the attention to detail at the property made our stay very comfortable. Lydia, the lady we got the keys from was super nice and kind to us. We enjoyed the outdoor braai area and spent a lot of our time there!

Cons: The only thing I could say was that the pillows in the bedroom were very hard! Everything else was perfect.

A perfect house with a lovely entertainment area

Pros: We had a wonderful time. The house was clean enough cutlery and crockery, beautifully decorated and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the pool and outside braai area. Will definitely return.

Cons: The drains smelled bad.

Modern, comfortable, luxurious holiday home!

Pros: Beautiful and tasteful house, secure, clean and spacious, modern and very comfortable. Loved the bright blue sparkling swimming pool...a rare bonus in a holiday home... and the fact that it has an inverter so there's no loadshedding. Very well equipped with lots of pool towels and even luxury touches like shampoo in the bathrooms and a Nespresso machine - just bring your own coffee pods. It has two TV lounges, one upstairs which is great if you have teenagers, and a lot of nice books on the shelves if you forgot to bring something to read! Excellent position just around the corner from Grotto Beach. Our host, Lydia, was most accommodating and welcoming.

Cons: The house could only be better if it had a sea view but one can hear the sea and get to the beach very easily on foot.

Would highly recommend.

Pros: The location, proximity to the beach and some local eateries. Also liked the pool and complimentary firewood. Lovely team looking after the place.

Cons: It’s a lovely holiday home. I think the beds could be more comfortable. Offering a cleaning service would be welcome.
