Excellent host and beatiful property with walking distance from the beach.

Pros: Excellent stay for family as there are plenty of room and space for everyone. The indoor fire place make an amazing centre point for gathering around the barbecue.

Pros: This house is perfectly located so close to Grotto Beach. We had great recommendations for restaurants - thank you. The house is well-appointed and very comfortable. It is even more beautiful than the pics, and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!

A fabulous place to spend time relaxing with the family

Pros: Beautifully furnished and well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms were very comfortable. We loved the indoor bbq facility and outside shower

Best we’ve known in Hermanus!

Pros: The inside is a beautiful design and flows from area to area. The sandy beach just a short walk away. Lydia kindly invited us to stay on for the last morning and this made a lot of difference to our departure.

The most comfortable place that we stayed at in South Africa.

Pros: This place is certainly more than home from home. Fantastic home, location and secure. would highly recommend this property as a holiday home. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Very tastefully decorated with much thought gone in to every detail.

A wonderful home with an equally wonderful owner

Pros: Amazing large and spacious and close to fabulous beaches . The owner was very accommodating allowing us to checkout later , giving us a chance to use the showers after shark cage spotting - alas no sharks ! But not her fault
