Good value, great location.

Pros: Gorgeous spot, our welcome was delightful. The room was marvellous - and huge - extremely comfy king-size. The pool sparkled, the breakfast was delicious, off-street parking and the location could not be more amazing on the gorgeous tree-lined river road Die Laan (The Avenue). And yet about 3min walk onto Dorp Street and the beating heart of Stellenbosch. It honestly felt like you were staying in your own fabulous home. So good my parents have already booked again.

Pros: I have stayed here several times. Comfortable and excellent location within walking distance of everything.

Cons: Over the weekend there was late night noise from picknickers along the riverbanks opposite the property.

Gorgeous stay in Stellenbosch

Pros: We had a great day at Kolonie’s Tuin in Stellenbosch. It was a self check-in which was really easy to follow. We stayed in Cornelia and it was an absolutely gorgeous and spacious room, the bed was super comfy, shower worked great and the doors open to the swimming pool and garden area. The breakfast in the morning was also grey a continental breakfast or cooked breakfast, including French toast and omelettes. We felt really safe in the accommodation too. Wish we’d stayed longer!

Pros: It was the perfect blend of having the hosts available but not in your face. The best was that my room opened onto the pool

Cons: Not at all essential but a little fridge would have a bonus.

A lovely B&B in Stellenbosch.

Pros: This is an intimate B&B with walking distance to most of the good restaurants in central Stellenbosch, but still in a very quiet area. Comfortable bed, nice staff, beautiful old fashioned decor and a possibility to park your car just outside the front door. Our room opened up to the small pool area and garden. Lovely and good price performance. We will come back.
