Pros: Location was good, and the room was charming. Very effictive cleaning service.

Cons: A few amusing flaws, such as a TV not plugged in because the adaptor was elsewhere, and the shower flooding the bathroom if you had it on full power, but easily overcomable so we ended up charmed.

We loved it - would come back

Pros: Our room (No 2) was lovely large and very spacious with one of the best showers we’ve had in a property. Nice to have the terrace and plunge pool The team at The Blix Inn were lovely really helpful Great location for Town

Great location

Pros: The location and the secure parking. Comfy bed. We were only there 1 night and didn't have time to experience the pool.

Cons: The room was quite dark and there wasn't a manager/host on site to ask questions or get any advice/info from, I guess this was because we arrived late at 5pm due to unexpected traffic. There was no safe in the room.

Exceeded expectations and thoroughly enjoyed staying

Pros: The location is perfect, just off one of the main streets for bars/restaurants. Also really easy to get to other places in the town from here. The bedroom was very spacious and felt quite private as people can’t see you from the main road. The blix tavern that is paired with this guesthouse is a lovely place to sit with a drink of an evening. Bed was particularly comfy and had a great sleep every night.

Cons: Did notice a lack of a safe in the room, don’t know if one can be provided. The air con did work and kept the room cool but i personally prefer it even colder.

Cons: I personally felt a bit stranded but sure if there'd been a problem it would have been addressed. There didn't appear to be any one on site

Delightful

Pros: Staff have made me feel so welcome. The entire team assisted when I had my phone stolen, with their time, advice and a late check out. I really appreciate your kindness and help The room I stayed in was huge, clean, comfy, tastefully decorated. I will be recommending and I will hopefully be back

Cons: A small rusk or biscuit in the room would be a great treat especially for visitors arriving late

Other than the above we had a lovely stay

Pros: The location was great for us and safe parking. The room was clean

Cons: The main gate didn’t work properly, went off the rails a few times. The drain in the shower and sink was blocked and drained very slowly. The room was under construction, the skirtings were all ripped off completely and the mirror was leaning against the wall, not mounted yet…. The pool area was very nice, but it was extremely hot with no umbrellas for shade and no staff was around to help find umbrellas…
