Location was great , loved our space, super hosts

Pros: Hosts welcomed us and were lovely. Sandy mentiobed she had dogs, i miss mine . So she introduced us to rgem. This was a bonus for me. Lovely courtyard, pool and garden. Parking on premises. Great place to stay. We would definitely book again when qe return.

Picturisc Simonsberg!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Sandmartins. The location was great - especially being able to see to my favorite mountain in the world, Simonsberg all the time!! We walked around in the estate and really enjoyed the view with the sun-set. The room was spacious enough and well stocked with everything needed (plus a few thoughtful extras). Loved the aircon as it was already hot in the Winelands. The bathroom was clean, the shower worked well, handy complimentary toiletries. The bed was quite comfortable. There is a fridge to keep our wine cool and complimentary filter coffee (+ bodum) as well as normal instant coffee, etc. Sandy also offered Nespresso coffee which was available in the main kitchen. We didn't use the pool, but it sure is lovely. Everything was as advertised. Thank you for hosting us, Sandy!

Cons: The warm water tap in the bath/shower can be fixed, as it came loose and fell off. The bed frame at the bottom of the bed is lovely, but it was uncomfortable for my tall husband as he could not get his feet past the bottom of the bed.

Perfect venue if you want peace and quiet in a luxury home. Great views and lots of space

Pros: Fantastic venue with majestic views of the mountains. Perfect for what we required and rates were very reasonable. Nice bed and large bathrooms.

Absolutely perfect!

Pros: Sandie and Martin were absolutely EXCEPTIONAL hosts - best holiday we've ever had! We stayed at Sandmartins for our honeymoon, and it exceeded all our expectations. The facilities and location were excellent (a family of owls loved it enough to raise their two chicks in the balcony flowerbox!), and the service was unbeatable: nothing was too much trouble, and Sandie was always on hand to help out - whether we needed a shirt ironed, or couldn't place a call to a local number, she made it happen for us. We couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome, and are already planning our next visit! THANK YOU Sandie and Martin!

Lovely quick stay

Pros: The grounds were beautiful and the hosts were lovely, they had 2 very friendly dogs which were a joy to have around.

Pros: Beautiful estate, peaceful and quiet and very good location. Everything you need. Very well looked after by Sandie, Martin and staff.

Secure and spacious with great views

Pros: Great views, very friendly and good location. Baby owls were the highlight.

Safe, secure and most beautiful accommodation near Paarl.

Pros: Perfect location. Very secure and safe. Most welcome reception by the Host herself. Comfortable bed and well equiped apartment. Attention to detail. Breathtaking views. Swimming pool. Tranquil and relaxing.

Pros: The property is very well maintained.Sandie was very welcoming. Room was very spacious & clean. Loved the extra touches like Nespresso coffee pods,bottled water & bedside chocolate😊

Cons: Bed needs to be upgraded as it creaks alot with the iron headboard.
