I loved the comfy beds and crispt white linen

Pros: Breakfast was fine except my Full breakfast was onlly egg and bacon and missing mushrooms, sausage or tomatoes, I didnt have time to complain as we were rushing to fetch our son at the finish of his Race. Lovely location and view

Pros: The view from the dining area is unmatched! Although overcast during my stay, the outside area was gorgeous, too. Very accommodating and welcoming staff.

Very good overall.

Pros: Lovely property with stately trees, swimming pool was loved by children. Breakfast was good, wide range of options to choose from , very friendly staff accommodating of specific requests and tolerant of children from age 2-16yrs old.

Cons: The R44 road runs just below the property, and though not an issue during the day as a high sound-proof wall is in place, the soft purring of traffic sounded like rain and was a mild disturbance in the morning.
