Excellent.

Pros: Staff were extremely friendly, especially George and his wife. Shops are close by.

Cons: Edgemead is a bit out of the Cape Town CBD. If you book here, please reserve a vehicle.

Definitely going here again

Pros: The location is quiet and safe. From the street you would never guess what a magical place is behind the front wall. Amazing waterfall pool, great comfy rooms with mini fridge. Cooking facilities for self catering. Amazing warm helpful staff.

Cons: Pity that there isn't offstreet parking but the location is secluded so it wasn't a big issue.

Relaxing pool area.

Pros: The outside pool area is so beautiful and the fact that I could leave my patio door open was a huge bonus.

Cons: Parking might become a problem if the guesthouse is fully booked.

Pros: Spacious room with a nice shower. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons: Not being allowed guests but with it being house sharing it’s understandable.

A place to go back in time, with modern luxurious.

Pros: The quiet peaceful solitude. The rustling leaves during the night of the palms amd trees by the pool. The beautiful, rustic ambience made me feel like I was living in London during the 17-18th century. All I required was a lady's maid🥰🥰

Cons: I miss the pond and little bridge.

Comfortable stay! Great value for money.

Pros: Friendly reception. Very clean apartment and bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Fridge and coffee maker available. Spacious communal dining and sitting room available. Large kitchen with facilities available.

Lovely, lovely place! Will definitely go back again.

Pros: The location, the decor, the staff and very clean place!

Cons: Found the pillows a bit hard. On the first night fellow guests were very noisy but that is not the proprietors fault . They do have house rules but some people don’t abide by them which is unfortunate.
