Enjoyed my brief stay in the windy city.

Pros: The bed was clean, so was the bathroom. The shower was clean and the water hot. For me that works. The Kitchenette had everything, which was great.

Cons: The stairs to the upstairs unit are a bit steep but not a train smash.

Pros: The property is nice, the staff were very friendly, the manager Mr Tashreeq is amazing guy and helpful, he is replying the massage quick as you text him, he asking you as you are comfortable and enjoying so we had wonderful stay, we recommend the place and looking to come back next time

Cons: Actually everything in the property was good including the Manager

A brilliant treasure amongst the day to day life.

Pros: Tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. Perfect place to go to get away from it all and u don't have to travel far. In the morning the sound of nature greets u to a an amazing stay at Pelican. Tashreeq the host is the perfect gentlman and accommodating. They truly cater to all ethnicities which is very hard to come by. Absolute value for money. Would deffinately recommend to anyone wanting a break from the day to day chaos. A brilliant plus is the cue cards posted around. Assisted with the use of the TV, helped with the water heater. Very good idea.

A home away from home.

Pros: I loved everything about this place from its warm welcoming in arrival til the time we left. Tashreeq & Shireen really looked after their guests. The place was beautiful, clean, serene & tranquil. I would go back anytime. Definitely my go to place when I need some peace & quiet. Indeed a home away from home.

Pros: the shops and restaurants are a small walking distance away. Uber and Bolt is available. uber eats delivers in the area there is no traffic noise

Suprisingly Good Stay!!

Pros: When we stopped in front of the place we were a bit worried about the location, but it turned out to be very quite with no problems at all. The host was super friendly and very helpful. The bonus was the cleaning of our unit every day and changing of the linen even though we only stayed for one week. The extra bonus was the invertor so loadshedding was not really at all.
