Highly Recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Pros: We stayed in February and it is a beautiful property that has been tastefully decorated with really nice Holiday residence vibes. The view is stunning and the beach walk inspiring. Close to great restaurants in Hermanus; LeeAnne’s recommendation of eating at the Fisherman’s Cottage was delicious, and we visited Creation Wines which was great for lunch and wine tasting. Would love to come back in the Winter months for Whale watching. There’s a great Woolworths Food supermarket about 5 minutes away and they had loads of delicacies to grill on the terrace.

Cons: Not that we didn’t like the grill, it was fun to fire it up with wood and try braai South-African style, but we’re big users of a gas grill because everything goes faster. But hey, the authentic wood grill is also a way to wind down and be present.

Pros: Ocean view, large space, well-equipped kitchen, clean nice linen, electric blankets, heater good amenities making stay very comfortable Good security system

Cons: Minor points: Shower pressure was less than comfortable, floors were a little sticky

Lovely location, beautiful house - we enjoyed it very much!

Pros: Very well set out! Spotless and wonderful location! Peaceful and catered to all our needs. Everything was well executed.

Cons: There are 2 things we did not like: 1. Had to close all windows when setting interior stay alarm. Was okay now in winter although a bit stuffy! I can only imagine how hot it must get in summer 🫣 2. We totally struggled with the poor WIFI when trying to watch sport. It cut out endlessly.

Stunningly beautiful and the perfect setting.

Pros: We stayed in Cape Town area for 5 days before moving on to Hermanus. The lady meeting us with the keys was so lovely and a real credit to the owners. This is the most beautifully laid out accommodation, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. This is the place that get's top marks for everything - the owners thought of everything. There was firewood, fire starters and matches if we wanted to have a braai (Yes in SA you BRAAI - you don't BBQ ;) ) We were all enchanted by the place and the location. Unfortunately the weather didn't play ball it absolutely chucked it down - but the owners couldn't help that!
