great location

Pros: great location, very happy to have aircon, comfortable and clean, easy check in.

Cons: It would have been nice to have water in the fridge - we forgot to buy and we are scared of Stellenbosch tap water.

Pros: location walking distance form center. Staff was very nice and did all they could to make it comfortable for us

Pros: Die Laan 40 was exceptional. We stayed in the 2 bed villa while members of our family had other rooms. All areas were exceptionally cleaned. The beds were really comfy. The pool was a lovely temperature and was adored.by our kids. The staff were truly brilliant going above and beyond to help us. The breakfast was delicious. Stellenbosch is a short walk. It's perfectly located. A brilliant stay was had by all. I would highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed. We most definitely will be back!

We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

Pros: We loved the location, very central. Good, very tasty breakfast and clean, spacious room. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere, with friendly staff. Nice swimming pool and garden to relax in.

Cons: Open shower to the bedroom. The parking inside was a bit tight, although enough parking outside.

Amazing

Pros: Venue was absolutely beautiful, staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. It was my daughter's Matric dance and booked 40 Die Haas close to her venue to get done. The staff were extremely accommodating, allowed us to have additional people for makeup and photos, use different room for beautiful photos. 40 Die Laan was not just beautiful but made our stay so much easier. The overnight stay was so amazing to sleep on such comfortable beds with amazing quality linen. We appreciate the short stay, will definitely book in again for a more relaxed stay and enjoy the beautiful pool next time. Thank you to the staff and Dewald. Melanie
