Best guest house in Stellenbosch

Pros: This is an exceptional guest house with attention to detail - spotless, immaculate and beautiful. The pool area with loungers is stunning with much more garden space than other guest houses. I particularly like the thought given to guest room doors - they close quietly - and proper milk in the fridge. The area is also quieter than others and the beds are very comfortable so I got a great nights sleep.

Ideal location with a 10/15 minute walk to the centre with a charming, friendly and helpful host.

Pros: Beautifully clean and ideal for a vacation in and around Stellenbosch.

Cons: As with many properties of this age, some modernisation is needed but I would certainly return.

Pros: Fiona has taken care of every little detail to make sure that you enjoy every moment at Summerwood. Sometimes you are lucky enough to stay somewhere that makes you feel at home while exceeding your expectations. If you can book here you will not be disappointed. A special mention for Portia, who takes care of you at breakfast and looks after you so well.

Cons: Absolutely nothing

Pros: Everything was just perfect, starting with the Host Fiona and her team who super friendly and always available to help. The nice decoration of the hotel with all the beautiful details makes you really feel special. The garden and the pool are manicured and the breakfast is freshly cooked to order - we will come back for sure - Thanks for this great experience Fiona !

Pros: Huge rooms, lovely terrace with honeysuckle and lemon tree. Gardens and pool were very relaxing.
