Pros: This property definitely exceeded our expectations. We visited Cape Town and the Garden Route for two weeks and our stay in Franschhoek was our favourite. Great communication from Jan the owner before arrival and he met us for check in. Spacious 1 bedroom house, modern minimal decor, very clean, large comfortable bed and a private pool. Good value for money and in a good location for walking to restaurants and the wine tram terminal. We would recommend to anyone visiting. We could only stay a couple of nights but could have stayed a lot longer.

Better than 5 Star! Faultless, making it the perfect stay.

Pros: Everything! The house is modern, comfortable, spacious, and beautifully finished. Bed was extremely comfortable, so we both slept amazingly well. Location of the property is a pleasant stroll from all the amazing shops and restaurants of Franshhoek. Private pool for our enjoyment. Frecha and Jan were incredible hosts meeting and exceeding our needs.

Cons: Nothing! Best place we have possibly ever stayed, faultless.
