Meerendahl Luxury Apartments at Heritage Square

Pros: very friendly, even met us at the door with the keys. we will definitely visit again, top class!

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean and well equipped. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Pros: The property was very spacious and had everything you may need for self-catering. The location was great, there was a lift for my elderly mom to sit in, and the first bedroom did not have stairs to reach. It was perfect for what I needed.

Cons: It could have been easier to get the keys and the mobile number was not answered when I tried to call. The lock box code had changed, so it took some time to figure out what was wrong. I was not the person making the booking, and when I sent messages, I had to ask the person that booked to receive, read and forward the messages to me. That was inconvenient. Also, it was hard for the Uber and family in Durbanville to find the place, as the address is not at the front door. It caused much confusion and I had to run around the corner every time to ask Uber to come to the front door. The entrance is not in Short Street, the apartment itself is technically there, but you cannot enter from Short Street.

Pros: I like how cozy the apartment was and clean I will definitely book again thank you ☺️

Lovely stay!

Pros: Lovely apartment. Beautiful and great location with restaurants down stairs and safe parking in an underground parking bay. Friendly host & cleaning crew. Appreciated all to cute decor items from Rialheim as i am also a big fan. Lovely lounge with air con for cold nights. Great outside area.

Cons: It is advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment, but we however only received 2 towels and my booking was for 3 people. It was a very cold weekend, so this was not ideal. The hair dryer was not working upstairs. The cleaning crew left the windows open upstairs so the floor was wet from the rain and the room was freezing.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay! The location is absolutely perfect – there’s always something to do and everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the area super convenient. The apartment itself was stylish, modern, and beautifully decorated. It was also very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was really comfortable, the TV was great for relaxing evenings in, and the underground parking was a huge plus. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros: The location is highly advantageous, offering a diverse array of dining options. During my stay, I indulged in a relaxing massage and facial at the local salon situated within the building. The apartment is exceptionally comfortable, featuring high-quality furnishings and exquisite linens. The decor exhibits a refined taste, showcasing the meticulous attention to detail that permeates the entire space. I eagerly anticipate my next visit.
