Great stay overall but has a potential to be a fantastic property if the small things are looked into.

Pros: The location, quietness, convenience to the mall. It’s a beautiful apartment.

Cons: I think there are small improvements that are required to take it to the next level. Aircon should be fixed. Cutlery must be cleaned properly even if the previous guest washes them, it must be checked before the next gues comes in. What I found was a bit disgusting and had start washing first. Also, the cutlery must be complete - there was only 1 teaspoon. The balcony should be cleaned and all the bird poo scrubbed off. It spoils the look and feel of the property. The unit is a 3 bedroom unit and acccomodates up to 6 people - it would help if more than 1 access tag is issued for convenience. A page or reference book with information about the Wi-Fi, what to do in an emergency, the area etc would also be useful
