Beautiful couple of days tucked away in the beautiful countryside

Pros: Beautiful property with fantastic views. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was stunning.

Cons: All great

Pros: Incredible location with amazing views ! Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Excellent service for our entire stay Facilities were also excellent and our room was very comfortable

Good, but not great.

Pros: The position, the pool right at our room, the views, the food, the staff.

Cons: The room had too much shared space (who needs a dining table for 6 in a 1 bedroom room?) with a tiny bedroom with no space or stands for suitcases. The result was clothes and cases all over the living area. The shower did not have non- slip tiles so was lethal for elderly guests, both in our 70’s.

Top quality estate and Service

Pros: It is a total relaxation estate with wine as a bonus

Absolutely perfect!

Pros: Just wonderful- from arrival to departure everything was perfect. The views are spectacular and the staff are simply wonderful- attentive, friendly and always with a smile, nothing is too much trouble! Special shout out to the cleaners who always make our room beautiful and to the restaurant/ waiting staff who were always attentive, chatty and helpful especially Sharon who always went above and beyond. Absolutely love this place and will most certainly return. Would love to keep it a secret but they deserve the recognition

Beautiful property in a stunnning location with great staff.

Pros: Beautiful property in a stunning location. Infinity pool and its view are incredible. Unable to book the same room for both nights. Basic room was fabulous. No view over the valley but a beautiful view of the mountains. Fabulous bed and shower. Large outside deck area. Second room was a villa. Incredible view! Large living area and access to a second pool ( although freezing). Cooked food at breakfast and again at lunch was very tasty. Staff are very friendly. Location next to Delaire Graff allows easy access to wine tasting and restaurants.

Cons: Villa was looking tired. Tiles cracked in the bathroom, toilet felt un steady and fixtures needing securing. Basic room had soft drinks in the fridge for our use and a torch- more expensive Villa had none- so inconsistent.

Beautiful vineyard in Stellenbosch

Pros: Beautiful vineyard and lovely staff. A wonderful stay

A stunning, relaxing place

Pros: Beautiful hotel in a stunning location a few minutes drive from Stellenbosch. Excellent service from all the staff (especially Sharon Mbong)

Besides the two complaints our stay overall was good.

Pros: Food was very good at the restaurant. Check-in was efficient. Rooms were very clean with lovey views.

Cons: No-one to assist with taking luggage to rooms on arrival, and we weren’t asked if help was needed to take luggage from rooms when leaving either. No dressing table with mirror in room for ladies to do hair or makeup which made it difficult to get ready.

I chose Clouds for the 1st night of our honeymoon but should have stayed their longer. Beautiful

Pros: The whole experience was absolutely great. From the time of arrival to us leaving everything. Even before the Saturday, we were contacted and they confirmed they received our booking and wanted our ETA. The views and gardens were just so beautiful. I actually regretted having only booked 1 night there and travelled to Robertson for 2 nights. Excellent service and helpful.

Cons: I do believe the wine list is pricy. However, the establishment would be catering for the tourist market and they would find it acceptable.
