Portico has great potential

Pros: Location, apartment and appliances, security and parking. Timeous meet and greet by letting agent.

Cons: Ergonomics wrt lounge suite. Essential cooking utensils missing Could not connect to DSTV. No app,etc. Missed Euro Final.

First time in Bloubergstrand

Pros: Amazing unit, beautiful views, excellent facilities, easy access to the beach, shops, waterfront etc. Area is upmarket, safe and great for relaxing!

Cons: The mattress was not comfortable and the bed frame was not sturdy. But we slept on the couch which was very comfortable.

Pros: Everything was great, clean, location was convenient, walking distance to restaurants and the view from the balcony was beautiful.

Cons: I thought the 1.5k deposit was a lot to give upfront, which was basically equivalent to a night spent at the apartment.

Simply Stunning! We will be back

Pros: The unit was brand new, clean and furnished so beautifully. The view from the lounge and balcony both during the day and night were breathtaking! Location was fantastic. Unit is exactly like pictures provided on the internet

Cons: As being a new unit my ONLY suggestion was the need for either a portable aircon or fan, as it was very hot inside the unit. Reason being no windows except the sliding door could open for security reasons, being on the 10th floor. But that is an easy fix and minor.

Nice holiday by the beach and Table mountain view

Pros: Table mountain and ocean view from the top. It was a nice place to stay and breath taking moments. With TV and Wi-Fi included, everything was great. All your resources met my expectations and I can recommend it to friends and family, also I would love to come back for the good experience.

Cons: The beach was close but I couldn't find it great for swimming as it was too deep.

Pros: The apartment was clean and well kept. The views were amazing and the host was exceptional. The pictures do not do the apartment justice because it is absolutely beautiful in reality.
