Great location in a comfortable apartment

Beautiful ocean views

Pros: Most beautiful views! The property is very close to shops and very conveniently located. It is located basically on the beach and walking distance from it. The unit is equipped with everything that you will need. It is very spacious, modern, clean and tidy. Our host was very nice and helpful with settling in. I would highly recommend Portico 705

Pros: Nadia was very helpful and communicated in time the check in process which was really appreciated. We were arriving late and had to check in after 9pm and we were well accommodated.

Zalig en comfortabel appartement met het beste uitzicht ooit!

Pros: Top locatie, vlak aan Bloubergstrand met het mooiste uitzicht! Zalig om te ontbijten op het terras, met veel wind kan je de ramen sluiten en is het goed weer? zet ze lekker open! Super proper, appartement van alle gemakken voorzien, met veel liefde ingericht met topmaterialen door de eigenaar. Privé parkeren in de ondergrondse garage en dan met de lift naar boven, ging steeds vlot. Ons contact ter plekke was ook super behulpzaam, dikke pluim voor haar! Leuke buurt trouwens met veel restaurants en bars in de buurt maar toch rustig genoeg om te relaxen!

Cons: niets gevonden dat beter zou kunnen.
