Pros: The location was superb and so near to the mall. The rooms were so clean and as shown on the pictures....

Cons: Nothing much...i just had to walk to the mall......

Perfect apartment with the best view of Table Mountain and a great shopping mall right next door 👍

Pros: We have been staying in this complex since 2010 and this apartment is in the perfect position for anyone wanting to stay in Cape Town. While other apartments in the complex have steadily declined in their upkeep, this one has held up well and is of a standard which befits the original design. Other apartment owners should lift their standards and not just rely on just making do. Maintenance is key to success. This apartment is in perfect condition.

Cons: Absolutely nothing to complain about.

I will come back again but if the owner can leave out the deposit rule for me to save the hassle.

Pros: It has a good view and location is convenient to all tourist attractions and easy access to shopping center.

Cons: The previous guests were smoking in the apartment and left a bad smell in the whole unit.

Luxury affordable comfort

Pros: At the rate that the property was advertised for I initially thought it was a scam. When I got to it I couldn’t believe that I had an entire designer penthouse to myself. With spectacular views of the city and table mountain even from the main bedroom. There was a request for a small deposit which was latter fully refunded.

Cons: Nothing. I enjoyed every moment.
