very enjoyable wonderful staff quite expensive

Pros: the best part were the excellent staff all super friendly and wonderful, could not be more helpful and great

Cons: pool was very tight and overall facilties coudl be better for the price we paid

Great location, comfortable rooms and friendly staff

Pros: Room was lovely with a great view of the sea and comfy chairs on balcony. The fresh fruit at breakfast was great. Aphiwe did a wonderful massage.

Cons: Hot Breakfast was good but no flexibility (I asked if possible to have pancakes and told no) and we found the breakfast area a bit soulless.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sandisa cooked an amazing dinner for us even though we had arrived late and he ended up knocking off late because he wanted happy clients

Superb, boutique hotel. Highly recommend

Pros: Whilst the hotel is VERY good - great location, beautiful decor, great food - it is the staff that raise it to exceptional. From the initial welcome to saying goodbye, the staff were so friendly, engaging and kind. We loved our personal chats with all the staff. We particularly would like to thank Bulelwa and her colleague for the personal touch of decorating our room for our wedding anniversary. Just fabulous

The team at this hotel is absolutely wonderful.

Pros: The receptionist gave us tips for activities and restaurants, and made our reservations. The staff is extremely polite and attentive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.
