Pros: AnnaNella Hotel is truly exceptional. From the moment you arrive, it is clear that the owners take immense pride in every aspect of the property. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the décor and beautifully appointed rooms to the amenities and meals. Nothing feels accidental. Everything is carefully planned and executed to perfection. The hotel is immaculate, elegant, and incredibly welcoming. You can see and feel the care that has gone into creating such a special space. Our room was spotless and beautifully styled, and every little touch added to the overall experience. Breakfast was a highlight. The owner was personally present, serving guests alongside the staff and making sure everyone had everything they needed, and more. That level of attention and hands-on hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and would return in a heartbeat. AnnaNella Hotel sets the standard for thoughtful, attentive hospitality. We will definitely be back.

Pros: Exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were welcomed and treated with friendly smiles and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay perfect. The rooms are private and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious.

5 star stay

Pros: The hotel is beautiful, immaculately clean. Facilities are excellent with a kettle, tea/coffee, a small microwave for heating up food, and fresh bottled water every day. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, just what you need after a long day's sightseeing. The bathroom was also spacious with a lovely rainfall shower. We couldn't have asked for more. The breakfast was great and cooked fresh to order. We never left hungry. The owners are friendly and we're very helpful. I would highly recommend, and say it was a five star experience.

Cons: The hotel is located 28km from Cape Town in a lovely safe suburb, but it does take an hour to get into Cape Town as the traffic is very bad for most times of the day. We used ubers as we didn't want to drive on the very busy and hectic roads so the distance away from the main attractions did cost us more than we expected. That said its a great place to stay.

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay! The place was stunning, spotlessly clean, and had everything we could possibly need. The breakfast was exceptional and truly top-notch. We would 100% recommend this accommodation and honestly wish we could have stayed longer!

Great service, great upkeep & stunning interiors.

Pros: A stunning property with friendly staff & owners. I loved that they refill the mini fridges with bottled water everyday after cleaning the rooms. My family truly enjoyed their stay & the breakfast was great.

Pros: The owners were exceptionally helpful storing our luggage while we went on our road trip, on our return they remembered we had asked for ice on our first stay and had it ready in our room. Breakfast was served outside and always lovely Would definitely stay again!
