Beautiful place and lovely host

Pros: The room was spacious and the guest manager was very friendly she even baked for us. The game room was nice together with the pool and jacuzzi

Cons: The other guests that booked the rooms facing the pool area where rude and made it like the pool area belongs to them only

Wonderful relaxed weekend away

Pros: The location was stunning! Just a note do not use Google maps, follow directions as provided by the host. The hosts were amazing.

We were only there for two days, but would have loved to have been there for two weeks. Wonderful people wonderful place

Pros: The property itself is situated in the most idyllic location . Quiet, beautiful, lots of birds, we were there in early spring, and so the surrounding countryside was full of wildflowers. The room itself was very comfortable and clean, and the staff was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Unrivelled hospitality and outstanding views!

Pros: Sandy and Shane were exceptional and very attentive hosts. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even offering to do laundry and ironing for us. They checked in often to make sure we had what we needed without being intrusive. As a surprise, Sandy even baked us fresh muffins which were delicious. The view from the pool and jacuzzi area was incredible and the gardens beautifully kept.

Cons: We really enjoyed our stay and there was very little that we didn’t like. The cottage was generally very clean, and Sandy was wonderful—always helpful and quick to respond to any requests for housekeeping. There was a lingering smell of smoke in our room, from a previous guest, despite the no-smoking policy. Sandy did her best to address it, and we appreciated her efforts. While packing up, we noticed a bit of dust under the furniture—perhaps a deep clean every so often would help keep things in top shape. We didn’t make use of the relaxation room or entertainment area, but from what we saw, a little refresh could make those spaces even more inviting. Overall our stay was wonderful and any small critiques are in which we think that an already fantastic guest experience could be improved.

Beautiful place for family and friends with wonderful hosts!

Pros: What a gem of a mountain retreat where a basket of fresh produce from the greenhouse was delivered on our first morning! Beautiful space, amazing for children who loved the freedom of exploring the pool table and table tennis! Our hosts Sandy and Shane were impeccable and friendly down to earth hosts who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and also gave us space to just soak up the quietness. (The owner also checked in on us to see that all was well!) A wonderful place for friends and families to relax.

Our stay was absolutely amazing💯 I will definitely return real soon.

Pros: Everything. The interior was beautiful as well as its scenery. Peaceful and fun. Our guest host, Shane and Sandy really beautiful souls 👏🏽💯 they made every moment of mine and my husband stay special 🙌🏼 they deserve a 10/10 for hospitality and friendliness. Highly recommended and we will definitely return.

Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to be out of the hustle and bustle, to relax and re-energize.

Pros: The managers/hosts were really great. Friendly, informative and helpful. Fresh veg and apple crumble was a treat. The area is beautiful, and the facilities were more than you could imagine.

A beautiful farm house that is incredibly spacious and well kitted out with all amenities!

Pros: A fantastic stay at a beautiful property. The pool is scenic and provides amazing views of the vines, valley and mountains.
