Spacious large house in very good location close to the beach

Pros: Very spacious rooms. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms on ground floor with Lounge and kitchenette, ideal for anyone with low mobility or needing disabled access. Lovely to have 2 balconies (first floor) and furniture to make the most of the sun or breeze. Good secure parking. Good communication and responsive host.

Cons: A bit tired and dated

Great for big groups and a winter stay!

Pros: Great big space for a large group to spread out. 2 lounges upstairs, 1 downstairs. Big kitchen and dining table for 10 (plus dining tables outside on both balconies). Kitchen very well equipped. Fireplace made it all very toasty! Very appreciative of the dishwasher. Well situated, beautiful views, plentiful parking.

Cons: Some appliances need maintenance (coffee machine, toaster and kettle were faulty, stovetop heat management was wonky, wasn'table to use oven at all for strong smell of chemical cleaner) and would be nice to have more than one set of keys for such a large property.

Ups and downs but worth it.

Pros: I love the attention to detail of how all utilities was already in the main upstairs kitchen. Literally everything you need they already have. The access to wood downstairs was nice as well... even puzzles are card games upstairs. Everything upstairs met my expectations for the price I paid.

Cons: The lack of utilities in the downstairs kitchen.. basic things like glasses. Upstairs toilet light was extremely dim and some room lights didn't work or have a bulb in it.

Pros: The home is very large, and lots of space to relax and entertain. the kitchen is very well equipped with all the usual plus a dishwasher, coffee machine. It was a quiet location, felt very safe and easy enough to take a walk to the beach.

Cons: We couldn't get the tumbledrier to work or open the door to access the washing line. We did SMS as requested but no response. The braai grill was a bit makeshift
