Fantabulous.

Pros: Charming country home with a delightful library and music collection, well furnished and set in a beautiful garden and farming landscape, outdoor jacuzzi.

Cons: No shower in the second bathroom

A step back in time, a place to unwind

Pros: The house is spacious and situated walking distance from the town core. The kitchen was a delight to cook in, and we spent a great amount of time gathered at the kitchen table. The decor of the house is delightful and charming and takes you back in time. We enjoyed lighting fires on the stoep in the Weber. The spacious garden was a lovely spot for games.

Cons: We wish we could have made more use of the jacuzzi but could not quite figure out how to get it working right.

I will come back because the place is nice....I will bring my milk and tea

Pros: My clients liked the house very much, it was the first night we spend in SA in our tour It is a nice house and everything worked. It was clean also. The host left us a nice packet of coffee

Cons: As we came in we had to open all the doors as it needed a bit of air. We never saw the hosts, though they had explained how to get in nicely. There was no milk or tea

Old world gem in Greyton!

Pros: What a lovely home at a lovely location. The house is an old world gem, walking distance from town and extremely clean. Crisp white linen with warm blankets and well decorated. I will visit this charming home again!

Spacious and warm home away from home for the whole family!

Pros: Lovely location, great fireplace, dry fire wood, well working braai, big space, nice selection of books, lots of candles, very quiet and peaceful, safe, kids loved the visiting horses, cats and dog, nice coffee, very comfortable beds, vast outside space with lovely trees and views, Jacuzzi was on convenient timer and always warm, well working kitchen with everything that’s needed, warm country house atmosphere

Cons: Cd player wasn’t working and we were so looking forward to sampling the big music collection 😊 hopefully next time! Dried flowers/leaves should be replaced. The toaster was a bit temperamental- needs a service or upgrade. But no big deal overall - nothing much to complain about at all! Thanks for a great stay!! ❤️

Great one night stay before our hike

Pros: The personalised note and coffee from the hosts - really thoughtful gesture! The house itself was rustic and beautiful.

Pros: Such a great stay at this farmhouse in greyton! Hosts were super accommodating, responsive and helpful. They also left us a bag of free delicious coffee which was very much appreciated since we didn't have any! Perfect place to stay before we departed on the hike to McGregor (also very close to the start of the trail).

Pros: A loverly house with a lot of charm. We had a great time. Great location.

Pros: We loved the garden so the all its wonderful plants and trees, the wonderful books and the classical music and CD player!

Cons: The fire made the house a little Smokey and the noise travels from upstairs and downstairs x
