Pros: All great. Thx a lot Neelke. Soft, clean towels. Good matrasses, a little milk in the fridge. Tea, coffee & sugar. Ample space, beautiful, tasteful interior Very much appreciated.

Cons: It would have been nice to meet the hosts

Pros: Very comfortable accommodation. The kitchen was well stocked with egg beaters, vegetable knives, plenty plates, glasses and saucepan. The beds were very comfortable with good quality linen. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily book there again.

Cons: I didn't meet the owner and would have liked to thank her. We did talk to her on the phone. J8

Country living in striking distance of Franschoek and Paarl.Spacious and comfortable, a great spot for a family stay.

Pros: Spacious, quiet, fireplace with lots of wood. Plenty of extra blankets for cold weather. Great showerhead and water pressure. Well equipped kitchen.(My wife loved the makeup mirror for the over 50’s)

Cons: Geyser may have been a touch small for a family to all shower at the same time.

Gorgeous, wish we stayed longer.

Pros: Gorgeous place with so much more space than expected. The location was beautiful, kitchen well stocked with cooking bits to get groceries and make meals. Beds were super comfy, big living space for a large group and the property was really nice. Host was super communicable and very kind. If we ever return to the area I would go back in a heartbeat.

Cons: The group consensus was that everything was truly amazing aside from the fact that to keep cool at night you'd want to keep the windows open but there are no screens to keep the bugs at bay, spray provided if you wanted to use. So if you go during warm months be aware - fans and open windows - there is no aircon in bedrooms.

A delightful week in die Stal!!

Pros: Beautiful old house. The interior very cosy. The gardens are stunning and green. Huge trees. We used the closed porch daily for socialising and eating. We loved the Aircon on the porch.

Tranquil and peaceful farmstay in Franschhoek

Pros: A Beautiful farmhouse in a tranquil setting with lots of space. Our host was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable. The perfect spot to enjoy the beauty Franschhoek and surrounding areas have to offer. Would love to come back for another visit in future.

Spacious, comfortable farm cottage, perfect stoep and built in braai makes for a relaxing evening.

Pros: Very spacious farm cottage with fantastic covered stoep, perfect for a winters braai. Comfortable beds, wooden shutters kept out any light and thick walls ensured no noise from the nearby road. Very spacious kitchen and fantastic water pressure in the showers.
