Perfect stay.

Pros: Best accommodation of our holiday. The hot tub takes a long time to heat up, so be patient. But once it is hot it is amazing.

Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: We had absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The host was warm, responsive, and made the check-in process incredibly smooth. The location was convenient and safe, close to shops and major attractions.

Cons: Nothing, everything is perfect.

Tranquil and safe!

Pros: I loved the house, the area and I mostly loved how safe it was. I had no worries about crime etc. I loved the house so much that I had to tell me tiktok followers about it.

Cons: I don't have any dislikes.

Just perfect

Pros: We adored this property. It is beautifully decorated, very spacious, super equipped & has an incredible outdoor space with braai & and a hot tub. Marietha was super helpful before & during our stay there with any questions we had. The beach is about a 5' walk away & it's beautiful with stunning views of Table Mountain. We used uber to get into the city centre, about 25' away but there is parking at the property should you have car hire. We found the property so comfortable after days out exploring Cape Town & beyond. Spray Villa has it all.

Pros: The owners took the time out to meet us on arrival and explain all the amazing features. This accommodation is first class and their attention to detail was sincerely appreciated. We couldn't have picked a better place for our family reunion and precious moments with our little grandsons. Marietha and Byron, your home is stunning!! Hopefully we can visit again for a break from the UK winter weather.

Cons: Our stay was too short😮

Relaxing and comfortable accommodation not far from the amenities

Pros: it was quiet, spacious for us 4 adults and 1 infant. it had a Brai/BBQ a pool and a hot tub which we could use to chill out it. This was our last stop on our holidays so we wanted to relax more. Well stocked kitchen even as far as some brai spices, oil and vinegar.

Cons: Nothing to really dislike, you need to supply your own charcoal for the Brai and wood for the wood fired hot tub this caught us out first day as what was left was insufficient or we hadn't mastered it, but owner came round and topped up the wood as shops closed. There is no dishwasher that would have been useful, no AC in apartment BUT we got our best sleeps here with only the ceiling fans on at low, we didn't wake up with dry throats etc. It is a shared pool but we had it to ourselves.

Pros: The location is great. The house was great, nice and very clean, So were the hosts, very nice people.

Cons: Only one thing what surprised us. The Swimming Pool. Because it is a shared pool. I thought i read it wrong in the description, but it states there that it is an private pool. However he pool is shared with other tenants who resides on the other side of the garden which is also shared.

A beautiful property, excellent facilities and location and a fantastic and friendly host

Pros: Marietha our host was excellent and very informative. She met us at the property and gave us all the information we needed and was very welcoming. She was quick to respond to a couple of follow up questions through our stay. There were so many lovely touches through the villa and the items provided e.g. kitchen provisions, utensils, towels etc were excellent. Artwork on the walls was painted by Marietha and were beautiful and everything was decorated and furnished to a high standard with everything you could need to have an excellent experience. It was close to the beach and all amentities, shops, restaurants etc. We had a wonderful stay.

A Beautiful Perfect Home in Cape Town- Could not have asked for better!

Pros: I will recommend Spray Villa a million times over. We all loved this property so much. The location is nice and central, close to some excellent restaurants etc. But the property itself is outstanding. It is beautifully decorated, and has been kitted out with absolutely every item you could possibly need. The kitchen has absolutely everything that you need (and yes we cooked a lot), the bathrooms have all the amenities that you need, even a little first aid kit and some ladies things for those emergencies. Marietha has really put so much thought into this home to make it the most perfect stay you could wish for.
