Heaven's Door

Pros: The location is superb! You literally can not stay closer to the sea. The view over the sea is breathtaking, and the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks is special! A big plus is the big windows in the living room from where you can enjoy the amazing view when it is cooler outside. The surrounding area is also very beautiful with views of the mountain behind you and the sea in front of you! The house is very spacious and has everything you need. Very good value for money! Highly recommend!

Perfect! Wish we could stay longer.

Pros: This is probably the best ocean view property in Betty's Bay. The home is spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable few days. We've spent most of our time staring at the gorgeous views. There are book cases full of interesting books and lots of comfortable spaces to sit and relax. We will definitely return.

Cons: There is a conventional stove, which I'm not used to. It is just my preference (prefer gas).

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay, hope to return.

Vitamin sea family holiday

Pros: I loved that it was right by the sea. It was peaceful. The kitchen had everything you needed. The hist was very friendly

Pros: Amazing views private and secluded. Really great for family or a weekend getaway.

A place to unwind and take in the view all day long.

Pros: Location, location, location. Just magical having a front row seat to such a beautiful display of waves crashing over the rocks, endless rainbows over the water, nature on display in all its glory. The indoor fireplace was lovely for the rainy days, just remember to bring plenty of wood. The large windows allow you to take in the view all day long.

Cons: Could do with a refresh as its a bit dated but that didn’t make our stay any less enjoyable.

Beautiful house

Pros: The spot is absolutely beautiful. Stunning views and you can hear the sound of the ocean from every room. The house was very cute and had the things we needed to make the stay fun. The host was very friendly. It was a really good experience.

Cons: It would've been great if the place had more board games. Something like uno, dominoes and monopoly to play since there's no tv.

Perfectly peaceful

Pros: Absolutely peaceful, if the location was closer to the sea it would be underwater. \

Cons: Absolute minor issue, TV very old, so does not support USB or HDMI, so bring your own tablet/screen.

Pros: My favourite spot at Betty's by far to stay, right on the highwater mark, soothing sound and smell of the see on your doorstop!! Talitha is amazing, super welcoming and commutation was top notch, please read her directions to get to the house, google and ways gets confused, super safe, great big kitchen, dining area and lounge, comfortable beds, perfect place if you want to get away from the city and people!!!!

Best R&R with private ocean views & access

Pros: This accommodation was a blessing. Totally away from the bustling world. Did not switch the TV on, was bliss. Good WiFi to keep in touch though. The relentless waves crashing and never ending, could watch the ocean and climb the rocks and swim in the rock pools without any interference. Comfortable and perfect setting for a much needed rest and relaxation. All glory to The Most High. Excellent value for money. Thank you for accommodating me with the small things too. God bless you and this household. 🙏

Cons: The time to leave. Could move in there permanently.
